Outdoor Silent Fitness Classes

Well let us introduce to you “SILENT FITNESS”

Our outdoor classes will be delivered to you via headphones!

Fit LAB Outdoor Classes start 12th April at Darlington’s South Park!

Wireless headphones to be purchased via Fit LAB (£32 per set), charged at home and brought to class with you.

The benefits of using headphones outdoors:-

🎧 Perfect Sound which is not affected by wind or other outdoor acoustic issues and nearby noise.

🎧 Control Your Own Music Volume

🎧 No loud music which can attract unwanted attention and disturbance to class participants and those around us

The instructor controls the music and will speak to you via mic through your headphones!

Classes will be delivered at Darlington’s South Park just in front of the South Park Cafe which also reopens on 12th April and is serving drinks and snacks on the pavement cafe, so you can socialise with class friends when you finish ☕️

Starting timetable from April 12th 

🏃‍♀️ Tuesday 1pm - Aerobics with Lisa

💃🏻 Wednesday 1pm - Zumba with Emma

🕺Thursday 1pm - Motown Aerobics with Jaime 

🏃‍♀️Saturday 11.30am - Aerobics with Lisa

Timetable will be reviewed every 6 weeks, classes will run throughout the Summer regardless of when our studio reopens.
