This course is not about losing as much weight as you possibly can in 8 weeks as that approach will never achieve long term results. By the end of this course you WILL feel good about yourself, good about how you look, more comfortable in your clothes, happy with what you see in the mirror and ready to head into Spring with confidenc.
Your weight can be affected by so many things within a month, we want to teach you how to FEEL GOOD about yourself and look great without letting the scales dictate to you.
The group will be lead by Lucy, our nutritional and wellbeing expert and as well as daily achievable challenges, advice and motivation via our PRIVATE online Facebook group, will include a weekly live Facebook chat covering the following topics over the 8 week challenge:-
🟣 Stress and how it affects your weight
🟣 Hormones, PMT and menopause
🟣 Resistance training to help weight loss
🟣 Mindset to help you achieve your goals
🟣 Nutrition advice, how small changes can make a big difference, learn how to stop the yo-yo all or nothing approach.
The weekly lives will be on Mondays at 12 midday but don’t worry if you can’t join live, the sessions will be saved for you to watch on catch up or revisit if you wish.
In previous courses these sessions with Lucy have proven invaluable to our members, you will see from the customer feedback at the bottom of this page just how much people have improved their thoughts around their weight and how they see themselves as well as the great physical achievements.
