Health Screening

You will be asked to complete a medical screening form on your 1st session with us ... in addition to this please ensure that you inform the instructor of any illness, injures or treatment that may be affected by or influence your participation in an exercise programme.

Please do not perform any exercises that may put you at risk of illness or injury.

It is essential that you arrive before the class has started and carry out stretches at the end of your session / class.

November Timetable Changes

NEW ”CLUB” Bounce from 4th November 

Bounce (using mini rebounders) to your  favourite old school club songs in our dark, disco lit studio! A great way to burn calories and have fun, for all levels of fitness, working completely at you own pace.


Monday Evening Slight Time Change
