Health Screening

You will be asked to complete a medical screening form on your 1st session with us ... in addition to this please ensure that you inform the instructor of any illness, injures or treatment that may be affected by or influence your participation in an exercise programme.

Please do not perform any exercises that may put you at risk of illness or injury.

It is essential that you arrive before the class has started and carry out stretches at the end of your session / class.

March Timetable Changes

NEW ZUMBA CLASS with Emma, Monday's 11.00-11.45am

Due to the popularity of our Motown Northern Soul class, we have decided to continue the class throughout March, Tuesday's at 12.30pm and 7.00pm!


Please note that Thursday pilates with Chris will return to the original time of 12 midday 

(there will no longer be a 12.45pm class)
