Our online group is great for communication between members.
We don’t encourage member posts into the paid online workout group as it makes class videos difficult to find. In the supporters group you can socialise with each other and post exercise information of your walks, your workouts etc.
Be accountable for your fitness. Below our weekly post, register how many workouts a week you have done and if your health and fitness goals have been achieved.
